Jason Nevader is the CEO and CFO of MediaVast, the Company he
co-founded. Jason’s vision and business acumen fuel the development
of MediaVast since the Company’s inception. He delves in areas as varied as
capital raising, contract negotiation, product development, and overall
business development strategy.
Prior to founding MediaVast, Jason spent five years in the investment banking
industry at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Brothers, specializing in
mergers and acquisitions. Jason is a graduate of the Undergraduate Program from
the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Josh Tang oversees business development, long-term strategic
development, and new initiatives. Josh constantly evaluates emerging
technologies and their relevance to MediaVast’s business model, most notably
leading the Company’s efforts in multi-channel content delivery. An original
founder in the Company, Josh has been instrumental in areas such as
international growth and team building.
Prior to founding MediaVast, Josh spent five years in the investment banking
industry at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Brothers, specializing in
mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory work for broadcast, cable,
diversified media, entertainment, publishing, and other communications
companies. Josh is a graduate of the Undergraduate Program from the Haas School
of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Paul Donohue oversees all
aspects related to technology for all MediaVast divisions worldwide. Under
Paul’s leadership, MediaVast’s developers have devised and scaled the Company’s
industry-leading proprietary platform and media management
tools. Paul has ultimate responsibility for the secure and efficient
aggregation, distribution, and licensing of visual content on MediaVast’s web
properties. Additional duties include office infrastructure
development, data center management and technical support for all employees in
multiple domestic and international offices.
Prior to founding MediaVast, Paul served as vice president in
Salomon Smith Barney’s systems development group where he managed a team of
software engineers. Over the past nearly two decades, Paul has
specialized in C++, COM+, ASP, Perl, PHP, VB and XML software development with
particular emphasis on the creation of client-server and web applications
around relational databases.

Mark joined MediaVast in October of 2002 and has served as Senior Vice
President of Finance since July of 2006. Mark is responsible for
budgeting, accounting policies and procedures, cash and foreign currency
management, the preparation of annual audited financial statements, all global
tax matters, and managing a global finance department via Company employees and
outsourcing engagements.
Prior to joining MediaVast, Mark was a tax manager in the Technology,
Communications, and Entertainment division of Ernst & Young LLP for four
years, where he advised on acquisitions, dispositions and
reorganizations. Mark’s key clients included MacAndrews &
Forbes, SFX Entertainment, Insight Communications, McGraw-Hill, and
InfoPost.com. Mark graduated cum laude from the Wharton School of
Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in
Economics. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the
State of New York.

Marc Kurschner oversees business operations, sales, and marketing, licensing,
as well as various aspects of production for all MediaVast
divisions. As SVP, Marc is also in charge of driving revenues for
MediaVast's Entertainment, and Sports divisions.
Prior to joining MediaVast in May 2003, Marc was the Director of Sales for
Getty Images News, Sport, and Entertainment. Marc also owned a New
York-based sports marketing company, Tele-Sports Inc, for seven years and
worked in sales and management roles for The New York Mets, The New Jersey
Devils, and Madison Square Garden. Marc is a graduate of Babson
College in Massachusetts.

Stephen oversees MediaVast’s legal department and spearheads the Company’s
legal strategy, ensuring the Company’s leadership in acquiring, protecting, and
licensing rights to its visual content worldwide.
Before joining MediaVast in November 2003, Stephen was an associate in the M&A
group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New
York. Prior to Skadden, Stephen served as a judicial extern for
Judge Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
in California. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Chicago
Law School and the University of California at Los Angeles.

Craig Peters serves as Senior Vice President of New Media and Strategic
Development for MediaVast. His responsibilities include general
management of the company’s worldwide video and mobile businesses as well as
identifying, evaluating, and structuring key strategic relationships.
Prior to joining MediaVast, Craig led business development for FOX Sports
Interactive, was in charge of new media strategy, and business development for
the PGA TOUR, served as Vice President of Strategy for Homestead Technologies,
worked as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, and spent over four years
at Eastman Kodak Company.
Craig's accomplishments include a track record of identifying and implementing
large domestic and international partnerships with leading companies in the
Internet, mobile, satellite radio, and other developing media
markets. In 2005, Craig was awarded an Emmy by the National
Television Academy for Outstanding Achievement in Advanced Media Technology for
the Enhancement of Original Television Content. Craig received his
Masters in Business Administration from The University of Pennsylvania's
Wharton School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Finance from The Ohio
State University.

Bill Hannigan serves as Senior Vice President of
Content Development for MediaVast, a position
which encompasses the Company’s photo syndication
division as well as its representation
arm. Hannigan is directly responsible
for overseeing photographer recruitment,
international expansion, and go-to-market
initiatives for various photo archives.
Among the most respected names in the photo
industry, Bill brings over a decade of experience
to MediaVast. He has managed The New
York Daily News archive, a two-million image
database, as well as high-end film and print
collections, such as the Bettmann
Archive. Former positions include
Director of Collection Management for Corbis,
Director of Photography, and most recently Vice
President at Corbis Outline.
In 2005, Bill Hannigan was named to American
Photography’s list of the "100 Most Important
People in Photography."

Michel Sitruk serves as Director of Marketing for
all MediaVast divisions, overseeing the Company's
global branding, marketing, and
communications. Michel is specifically
responsible for brand positioning, advertising
efforts, and off/online marketing to a wide
variety of audiences. Additional duties
include the implementation of cross-marketing
initiatives between MediaVast's divisions, direct
mail campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and
event-driven promotions. Michel is also
in charge of corporate communications, such as
press releases and media outreach.
Before joining MediaVast, Michel was Marketing
Director for Soundwalk, a New York-based digital
media company. As Senior Consultant for
TrendSpotting, LLC, a marketing strategy
consulting firm, he provided market analysis and
competitive intelligence to Fortune 100 European
companies such as L’Oréal, Vivendi Universal, and
Fnac. Michel holds a Ph.D from New York
University.

Stefan Simchowitz has acted as a strategic advisor to senior management since
the Company's inception.
Prior to his involvement in MediaVast, Stefan was the founder of a Hollywood
production company from which over 15 feature films originated, most notably
"Requiem For A Dream," "The Love Letter," "The House Of Yes", and numerous other
film and television projects. Stefan currently manages an investment
fund active in both private and public equity markets. Stefan holds
an undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford University.
